Placitas. So near, yet so far.

Placitas is ideally located; 20 minutes north of Albuquerque (and the Albuquerque Sunport International Airport) and a manageable 45 minutes south of Santa Fe. The towns of Bernalillo and Rio Rancho are minutes away to the west.

While near to all the culture and convenience of Albuquerque and Santa Fe, and minutes away from Interstate 25, Placitas feels far away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Homes are spaced a comfortable distance from one another providing an atmosphere of privacy and uncrowded, country living. The Sandoval County open space provides miles and miles of hiking trails upon which you can discover the flora and fauna of the area. Views abound in every direction and colorful sunrises and sunsets are so common that residents often casually remark, “Oh just another incredible New Mexico sunset!”
